• All games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and independently audited.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, your stake will be refunded.
• Game results are final and not subject to review, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In Sports Betting, you can place bets before a match kicks off or during live betting.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• 7D Gaming is not liable for any losses caused by network issues.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain platform security and fairness. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Accessing or hacking another user's account.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

• Any remaining valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned.
